COPRIGHT LEGALITIES
Under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA)
All artistic work produced by Chris Scott or (Tenchu Sports) staff is legally copyrighted for the duration of 70 years from creation to the end of the calendar year in which the original creator dies.
All images taken by the above name source in a freelance or contractual capacity whether it be a team, sports person or organisation remains the copyright of that photographer and any third party MUST pay an additional fee for image usage rights whether digitally, print or graphical.

Infringement of Copyright:
Copying or replication of any work on any digital or physical platform, whether graphically, artistically or other without the copyright owner's (Chris Scott Media • Tenchu/CSX Sports) permission, can bring legal proceedings against you for copyright infringement. In addition the image, contained graphic the artistic replication photo, video or graphic design shall be removed from any sources it features.

Among the potential remedies that a court can order are an injunction preventing further use of the image, and an award of damages or account of profits arising from the use.

The copyright owner can also seek an order for the destruction or delivery up to them of infringing copies.
The defendant shall be required to pay a proportion of a successful claimant's legal costs.

The copyright owner can legally have all replications removed from their replication source.
The copyright owner can legally bill via business invoice for the image at a price on the discretion of the copyright owner for unlawful use without permission.
